Delete your account

You can start permanent account deletion directly in MioCards. These steps explain the process and what happens next.

Delete in the app

  1. Open MioCards on a device where you are signed in to the account.
  2. Open Settings and find the Account section.
  3. Choose Delete account and read the first confirmation.
  4. Confirm again to permanently submit the deletion.

What is removed

The flow removes the Firebase Authentication account and account-scoped profile, sets, cards, review progress, and AI usage records. It also clears local preferences, reminders, and the local library. The Privacy Policy describes the limited hashed deletion tombstone retained to prevent late backend requests from recreating a deleted account.

If you cannot complete the in-app flow, Contact support and describe the message shown by MioCards. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or other sign-in secrets.
