By using MioCards, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for activity on your account, for keeping your sign-in access secure, and for providing accurate information. Tell support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
AI-generated content
AI-generated cards can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for your purpose. Review and edit generated content before studying or relying on it. MioCards does not guarantee the accuracy of AI output.
Acceptable use
Use MioCards lawfully. Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, evade usage limits, upload content you have no right to use, or use the app to harm others.
Your content
You keep your rights in content you provide. You authorize MioCards and its service providers to process that content only as needed to provide the features you request and operate the service.
Availability
The service may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. Features and limits may be updated or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Termination
You may stop using MioCards or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for a serious or repeated violation of these terms, abuse, fraud, security, or legal compliance.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MioCards is provided as available and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
